Script Pitch : synopsis

Abbie is a lonely 11 year old girl whose mother left when her father began cross dressing. She is close to her father, but alienated by others. The novelty of playing with his clothes and make up are wearing off and when her father goes away to 'sort himself out' she has to stay with her bitter tongued mother. Abbie secretly wishes he'll be cured and come back as dad again. She is preparing for his return but is devestated when he comes back as Glenda, post op. This is a sad story of how far love can be challenged when someone is desperately lost in their body.
